For orders with a quantity of 2 items or less:

For orders with a quantity of 3 items or more:
A base shipping fee of $40 will be charged. For each additional item, there will be an extra charge of 2% of the total value of the items in your shopping cart.

Please note that all amounts mentioned above are based on the original prices of the items, and any discounts applied will not affect the shipping fee policy.


*How long do shipping and delivery take?

  • Usually most orders will be processed within 1-2 days working days.

  • And most products will be received within 3-5 business days after delivery.

  • Add 3 business days for shipments to Eastern USA.

  • We support UPS, FedEx & USPS, etc.

  • You'll receive an e-mail once your order has shipped!

*Where is my package? I haven’t seen any updates.

 Tracking information will be update to 48 hours.


 *Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes, when we send your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.


*How will I know if my order is being processed?

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your order. Once received, your order will be packed and replaced within 3-5 working day. Your tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.


*My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" means that we successfully received your order! Your order status will change to “Fulfilled” as soon as your order is shipped, and you will receive your tracking number.


*Can I modify or cancel an order that I’ve already placed?

We work hard to pack and ship orders for customers quickly. If we can catch up with your order before it is shipped, we are happy to cancel the original order and use the new order to make the necessary changes! We can't guarantee that we can do it, but we will do our best.
