Unconditional Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at customer-service@jardineer.com before sending the product back to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note the following details regarding return shipping costs:

For orders below $50, a deduction of $7.99 will be made from the refund to cover return shipping expenses.

For orders above $50, reasonable freight charges will be deducted from the refund based on the actual situation.
We appreciate your understanding that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Returns for Defective Products
If, within 30 days of receiving your order, the product exhibits any of the following problems (provided there is no damage or disassembly), we offer the option of a refund or product exchange:

Non-functionality: The product is unable to be used.

Description Mismatch: The product does not match the description provided on our website.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it should be in its original packaging.
If your situation meets the criteria mentioned above, please record a video demonstrating the product's malfunction and send it to customer-service@jardineer.com. Once we have verified that the product is defective, we will initiate a refund or exchange. We strive to resolve these issues within 3 business days.
Missing Hardware or Parts
If your order is missing specific hardware components, we will gladly send those hardware items to you free of charge. Please contact our customer service team at customer-service@jardineer.com to report the missing hardware, and we will promptly arrange for their shipment.
However, if parts of the actual product are missing, we kindly request that you contact us immediately upon receipt of the order. It is important to notify us promptly so that we can address the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Late or Missing Refunds
Typically, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:

Recheck your bank account: Start by verifying your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been credited.

Contact your credit card company: Sometimes, there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted by your credit card company. It is advisable to reach out to them for further clarification.

Contact your bank: There might be a processing time involved before the refund is fully processed by your bank. It is recommended to contact your bank and inquire about any pending refunds.

Cancelation but not shipped
If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped, please note that a cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee will be charged at a rate of 8-10% of the total order value.
Please be aware that this fee covers processing and administrative costs associated with the cancellation.
Cancelation but product has been delivered (Unused)
You may return unused product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Delivery problems clamis
If a customer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the item within the designated period, resulting in the return of the product to our manufacturing facility, we offer the following options:

Reshipment of New Product: In such cases, we can resend a new product to the customer promptly. However, please note that a fee of $5 to $10 will be charged for the reshipment, regardless of whether we have received the returned item.

Partial Refund: If we receive the returned product, we will initiate a refund amounting to 50% of the payment made by the customer. Please be aware that the refund will be subject to deduction of the shipping fee.
Shipping Damage Claims
While we take pride in our products, we understand that we cannot control the shipment process entirely. In rare cases, the item you receive may sustain damage during transportation. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the item upon receipt to ensure it is in good condition.
In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, please provide us with photographic or video evidence of the damage and contact our customer support team at customer-service@jardineer.com.
Important Notice: Please note that we can only accept Shipping Damage Claims within 14 days from the date of product receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
We value your satisfaction and will promptly address any concerns you have regarding damaged items. Your cooperation in reporting such issues within the specified timeframe is greatly appreciated.
